NFP: Nurse Family Partnership

The Nurse-Family Partnership is a free, evidence-based program for first-time moms who are pregnant and meet eligibility guidelines. When you enroll, you’ll be matched with a dedicated registered nurse who will provide ongoing support, guidance, and education throughout your pregnancy and your baby’s first two years.

Your nurse will visit you regularly—at home or another convenient location—to help you:

• Prepare for a healthy pregnancy and delivery
• Learn about baby care, feeding, and development
• Set and achieve personal goals like finishing school or finding a job
• Build confidence as a new parent

NFP is proven to improve outcomes for both moms and babies—helping families thrive from the very beginning.

Eligibility:

• First-time mother
• Pregnant (early in pregnancy)
• Meets income requirements
