At the Foothills Health District, we believe that health starts in the community. Our outreach team works to connect residents of Rutherford and McDowell Counties with vital resources, education, and services that promote healthier lives. From health fairs and school events to mobile clinics and public education programs, we’re committed to meeting people where they are and reducing barriers to care.
